Service Levels
PCCL will invite you to choose one of three levels of service (Bronze, Silver or Gold), each of which offers different levels of functionality.
The table below summarises the functionality available at each service level.

Bronze eSolutions is provided Free of Charge.
Silver eSolutions costs £5,000 to set up and £5,000 per anum to run.
Gold eSolutions costs £8,000 to set up and £8,000 per anum to run.
