What is it?

GPC Visa is approved by the National Audit Office for use by UK public sector organisations to purchase goods and services. It is provided through a framework agreement between OGCbuying.solutions, Visa Europe and six GPC Visa issuing banks (February 2003).

The framework agreement includes all Visa Commercial debit and charge card products for the purchase of goods and services, or to pay for business travel and subsistence. Government Procurement Card Framework Agreement
